Job Responsibilities

  • Handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customers/ merchants within the time
    limits and follow-up to ensure resolution
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to merchants/customers by using the right methods/tools.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to management to ensure efficiency in work.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets


Requirements

  • Graduate from a reputed University. (Running BBA/BSC/BCom/BBS can apply)
  • At least 1 year of experience is preferable in customer support or a similar field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Adequate computer literacy to work with MS tools and online software.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
