Job Responsibilities
- Handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customers/ merchants within the time
limits and follow-up to ensure resolution - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to merchants/customers by using the right methods/tools.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management to ensure efficiency in work.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
- Graduate from a reputed University. (Running BBA/BSC/BCom/BBS can apply)
- At least 1 year of experience is preferable in customer support or a similar field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Adequate computer literacy to work with MS tools and online software.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
